To enroll in any VA dance program you’ll need to set up an account with our WellnessLiving registration platform. You must have a credit card saved on file to register yourself for programs. If this is a barrier for you, for any reason, please reach out and we can make alternative arrangements.
On both the webpage and the Achieve app, workshops are a direct purchase through the Store tab. You will be charged the one time class fee and automatically enrolled.
HartBeat Cabaret

A tip-of-the-hat to dance and music stylings of the past with a twist of modern-day flare. In this class we will move to the musical majesty of the greats from as far back as the 1930s to present day while focusing on performance, expression, and a variety of jazz and heels dance techniques. It’s jazzy recreation not limited to indulging in our sexy sauciness, playing with character development, and not taking ourselves too seriously.

Chair Challenge

A must for dancers interested in Chelsea’s Advanced Chair Performance Bootcamp in December. Dive into more challenging and complex chair trickery. Chelsea is known for her character work, story telling, and her Neo-classic twist. Build strength and connection as you explore your confidence – a chair could become your favourite dance partner!
Sultry Contemporary

Sultry contemporary is a celebration of our innate sensuality sans heels. In this class we will sensitize to our bodies through a supportive warm up followed by learning a spacious combination that will allow for individual exploration. Within the framework of our choreography, we will integrate optimal postural alignment, isolations, floorwork, and embodied storytelling. Variations on timing, intention, and quality of movement are welcome and encouraged in this sultry container.
