Below are all the details you’ll need for the performer application. The online application form is available here!

Steps to Apply

1) Follow the link above to sign in to or sign up for your Wellness Living account.

You will need a credit card saved on file to apply for the CFBF events.

If this is a barrier for you, for any reason, please reach out and we can make alternative arrangements.

2) Navigate to either the Store or Book Now tab, and select the event you wish to apply for – Add to cart!

3) You will be prompted to fill out our application form. You cannot complete your registration without this step.

4) Complete your purchase and pay $20 per application.

All successful applicants will receive a discount code for our CFBF Workshops
