For the Floor show, Burlesque Brunch and Drag show there can be a maximum of 8 performers. For the Competition there can be a maximum of 18 performances to allow for feedback and awards.
All applications will be reviewed by external industry professionals and local artists NOT participating in the festival.
Floor Show and Burlesque Brunch: Only solo acts will be considered for these performances. We are looking for experienced performers to engage patrons in an intimate setting. We request that acts have minimal props and provide canned music sent in Mp3 format. There will be no rehearsal available to performers at the performance location. If selected performers are expected to perform the same act two to three times throughout the event.
Drag Show: Only solo, duet, and trio acts will be considered for the Drag Show. All experience levels are welcome! We request that acts have minimal props and provide canned music sent in Mp3 format. Performers must be available for a daytime rehearsal Friday, February 21st. There is a firm performance call time of 10:00pm.
Competition: Solo to large group acts of all experience levels welcome! Performers can provide canned music sent in a Mp3 format or live music (no accompaniment provided). All performance art styles welcome and encouraged! Performers will be provided with constructive feedback for each act in the competition, from our adjudicators.
