Movement and Meditation
- 5:00 to 5:45pm
- Tuesdays - March 3rd to April 28
Movement and Meditation: All bodies, All levels welcome. Connect movement to breath as we move through shapes and explore being present in our bodies. We’ll start slow, create some heat, and end with a nourishing 15-minute full body guided meditation. Bring a blanket, pillow, or any other items that might support you and your practice.
Vinyasa Yoga
- 6:00 to 7:00pm
- Tuesdays - March 3rd to April 28
Vinyasa Yoga: All bodies, All levels welcome. Vinyasa is a dynamic, “flow” style that connects movement with breath to transition smoothly between poses, often at a faster pace than Hatha. Vinyasa builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, but most importantly, as with all yoga practices, Vinyasa supports strengthening the connection between our mind and our body. This focus on alignment of the self is essential as we move through a world built on systems designed to separate our bodies from our minds, individuals from community, and humans from the earth. Take this class to feel grounded in your power as an individual and our collective power as a whole.
